Interior design in Miami Beach.
A Miami Beach home begins with its own architecture, your daily routines and the pieces you want to keep. I bring those influences into the room plan and furnishing selections. If you are preparing a home before your arrival, we also establish the priorities, access information and coordination the project needs.
Bring the architecture into the room plan
The City’s architecture guide identifies Art Deco geometric forms, Mediterranean Revival archways and MiMo sunshades and mosaic walls. These are references for looking at the details of your own home, not a prescribed style or examples of Sanctuary Five projects.
A curve, patterned floor or existing built-in can guide the shape, finish or scale of new furnishings.

Plan the arrival as well as the rooms
Start with the floor plan and furniture inventory, then gather the building’s receiving and installation information. A piece that fits the living room still needs a suitable route into it. Access arrangements and furniture availability should inform the conversation about timing.
Questions to take to building management
How are deliveries received, and who needs to be present?
Are there delivery windows, reservations or access documents to arrange?
What information is available about the elevator and route to the apartment?
What should installers or delivery teams know before their visit?
A planning exercise: prepare for the first stay
Use two lists to discuss a target arrival date. This is an illustrative planning exercise, not a completion promise.
List what makes the home usable for that stay: sleeping, seating, lighting and everyday storage.
Separate later art, accessories and additional furnishings.
For each essential, note whether it is already available, still to be selected or dependent on a delivery/access arrangement.
Bring the lists and management information to the conversation so the proposal can define responsibilities and realistic dependencies.
Choose the help your project needs
Relocation design considers existing furniture, missing pieces and the move-in coordination agreed in the proposal. Full-service design can coordinate the broader layout, furniture and finish selections. Confirm who will handle receiving and access rather than assuming those tasks are included.

Can an arrival date be guaranteed at the first conversation?
Access, scope and furniture availability need to be understood first. Share your target date and the building information so timing can be discussed with those dependencies in view.
